Mark Manalang had always wanted to write about food. He hoped to travel and talk about cuisine like Anthony Bourdain in “No Reservations”. With this in mind (along with a few triggers along the way), he opened “Unlimited Grub Grabs” in 2009 as a blog that served as his culinary journal and sounding board.

Today, Mark is still dreaming about food, although he also writes crime and (what looks like) romance on the side.He also has three books on sale at Amazon.

He currently spends his days doing freelance work while reviewing his notes and reading “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure”. He awaits more opportunities to write about his reflections on food, eating out, and life as enjoyed one plate after another.
